What kind of pieces are these?
Lanofauna offers handmade animal characters for decorative displays and collecting. They are decorative collectibles, not toys. Small parts and delicate details should be kept away from young children and pets. Read the individual description before choosing.
Is my character made after I order?
Yes. All products are handmade to order in China. Allow 3–5 business days for making before dispatch, including items marked as on backorder. Carrier transit is additional; see the Shipping Policy.
Where can I check size, materials and set contents?
Read the individual product description and view its available gallery images. If exact dimensions, composition or included pieces are not listed, contact us with the SKU before buying. Do not infer scale or included accessories from a styled photograph alone.
Will every handmade piece look identical?
Handmade details may vary slightly in shape, colour, stitching or placement. This does not excuse a damaged, incorrect or materially different item; contact us if there is a problem.
Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?
We currently deliver to the United States, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. Standard shipping to these destinations is free, with no minimum order amount. The UK, EU and other destinations are not currently supported. Check the current destination and shipping table before ordering.
How long does delivery take?
After the 3–5 business days of making and dispatch, estimated carrier transit is 5–7 calendar days to Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore, or 7–20 calendar days to the US, Australia and Canada. Production and transit are separate. Estimates can be affected by customs and carrier conditions; see the full delivery information.
Can I order for a birthday or another fixed date?
Contact us before purchasing if a date is essential. Making time must be added to transit time, and an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Please confirm any special request rather than adding an assumption after ordering.
Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?
Checkout shows the payment methods available for your location, device and PayPal eligibility. When the Debit or Credit Card option is offered, it opens a card form without requiring a PayPal account login. Guest card and wallet availability can vary; use the options actually shown at checkout. Prices are shown in USD.
Can I cancel before my item ships?
Yes. Email support@lanofauna.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch; after dispatch the Return and Refund Policy applies.
How do returns and refunds work?
Contact us within 15 days of receipt to request a voluntary return. Seller-responsibility issues and rights that cannot be excluded have the exceptions explained in the full policy. Contact support for the correct return address before sending anything. For an approved change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return postage where permitted. We do not deduct a separate PayPal/card processing fee. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3 business days; arrival depends on the bank or payment provider.
Do you offer personalisation, gift wrapping or a note?
Please ask before ordering. Availability and any arrangement must be confirmed for your chosen item; these services are not promised by a styled product image or gift suggestion.
How should I display or clean a character?
See our Display & Care Guide for general handling and display precautions. For washing, stains or a material-specific question, email the SKU and a photo before trying a treatment.
How can I reach you?
Email support@lanofauna.com; we respond within 6 hours. The Contact page identifies the store operator and business address. Never send full card details, security codes or passwords by email.
