- Check the actual size. A photograph is not a scale reference. If dimensions are not listed, email the SKU and ask us before ordering.
- Confirm what is included. Read the individual description, especially for sets and small accessories; ask us if the photos leave anything unclear.
- Leave time for making and delivery. Each item is handmade to order in China, with 3–5 business days for making before dispatch. Estimated transit is additional; see the Shipping Policy. If a gift has a fixed date, contact us before buying. An estimated arrival window is not a guaranteed occasion delivery.
- Ask about special requests first. Availability of wrapping, a gift message or personalisation must be confirmed before ordering; do not assume it is included.
